New Raptors Song & Video - Introducing #FixYuh



This is the Raptors chant from the new hype song #FixYuh. Translated, it simply means; “Torontowill leave an impact on you”. The #FixYuh project was “orchestrated by a fan, for the fans” and has brought together the city’s top talent. Sacha Singh, a localTorontorealtor and Raptor fan,  wrote, co-produced and vocalized the song over a year ago. He is not a professional singer or songwriter but has a love for this city and is actually among the top 20 Remax agents inTorontoand top 100 inCanada. He began to executive produce this project in late February 2018 after encouragement byToronto’s iconic dance choreographer Tanisha Scott who works with Rihanna, Cardi B & even Drake. Tanisha brought on mega dance choreographer Mark Samuels as her partner for the project, and the “Fix Yuh” movement was created.


Once the ball started rolling, there was no stopping it. The cast for this project dubbed the “KRUSH DEM KREW” are not an official band but are actually some of the top talent in the industry and are also all Torontonians. The music was produced and video will be directed by Derek Brin, who has worked with the likes of Dianne Warren and Canadian Idol. The video will be shot soon and released on April 3rd – Sacha’s Birthday. It will be a true game changer, featuring a “tough chic” look a la’ famed stylist Caitlin Wright, who is currently working with the Juno’s, and make up director “Besos”. The video will feature original creative art by Chris Corridore, an amazing graphic artist and Mathew Guido, who recently signed an international deal with Adobe. The 10 featured dancers will showcase the diversity of the city and the video promises to feature some special cameo’s and surprises. Former Sony executive and Beat Factory founder Ivan Berry is publishing the song and will also be lending his marketing skills for the release. Former Raptor Jaamal Magloire, was one of the first to hear the track and will be at the video shoot to lend his support, power, and encouragement.


#FixYuh will need the support of the city and fans to make it a success by viewing the video on Youtube and sharing it across the country, and the world. It is not an official MLSE campaign and won’t have the marketing clout of the sports giant. The goal of this video is to create an amazing buzz for the city and to show the Raptors that Torontonians will go the extra mile for them and have their back as they are in the best sports city in the world. “FixYuh” will be a true spectacle and the Raptor chant will be hard to get out of your head and will overwhelm the competition. The fans will be become the 6ixth man!
